Studio 904's Customer Service Training

Everytime I get asked the question, what is the one important thing a business owner should do to improve their business, my reply is always the same..... Skill Training. I believe in the saying, "You Live and Die by Your Customer Service". No matter which industry you pick from... health care workers, technology workers to government employees, I believe if people are not trained in the sensitive skills of giving the five star customer service to everyone around them, they and the company they work for will not survive for the long term.
At Studio 904, we train our employees in the art of listening and communicating as a pre-requisit to our technical training. Our motto: We are in the business of making our clients feel good about themselves, through our haircut and coloring services.
I've embedded a condensed version of our customer service training power point.

A Special Card for a Special Woman

Tama Murotani is beautiful, fashionable, full of zest and she just happens to be 87 years young!  She is a role-model for all women who aspires to be all that I have said about Tama.
Tama recently underwent a successful heart surgery and now back at her downtown condo recovering nicely. I wanted to send her a card which would lift her spirits and create an up-lifting moment when she opens the envelope.
I thought I would share with you what I came up with.
Since Tama is an elegant woman, I used a pale green pearlescent paper and layered the flower pedals on top of each other… then outlined the petals with a glitter glue to give the flower some sparkle. I love creating cards which are personal to the receiver. I hope she will like it!
By the way, when I make a card, I always make another one to keep for myself.
